Service Description

Services start 60 days prior to your wedding/event. We will take over the reigns as we tie up loose ends and connect with all of your vendors. We are onsite throughout the day and into the evening, IVY will be there to manage everything behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure a stress-free day. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We’ll conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications, so your day is flawless. Your IVY Coordinators will guide your vendors through set up according to your timeline.
